Jean Draper

Jean is Liquid Rhythm's passion fueled front woman. This Saskatchewan girl has been dazzling audiences around the world with her pipes since she was just 8 years old. A fearless and hard rocking soprano, Jean loves her 80's hair metal, soulful ballads, and classic country. You will want to see our sparkle-clad lead singer inspire whether she's on stage or getting her groove on on the dance floor. Like most Saskatchewan born humans, Jean is "here for the party" and will not let you leave until you have experienced the same.
Jean is the heart and soul of Liquid Rhythm.
Cash Clay
Lead Vocals
Cash is the Alberta born and raised phenomenon you have been waiting to hear! This giant of a singer with a savage sense of humor will knock you off your feet as he delivers hit after hit of your favorite songs. From Journey to Bruno Mars to Billy Idol and Brooks & Dunn; Cash's vocal diversity is seasoned with his hard rock vibe and love for the stage. Transitioning from a touring rock front man to the corporate scene has been easy for Cash because of his love of entertaining. Many have heard him on the rock radio airways but Cash says "I would rather people experience it live than just hear it on the radio" which works for all of us! Along with being a singer with an amazing range, he is the man who always knows what to say to keep the party rolling.
Colin Fritzke
Drums
Colin is a powerhouse player behind the drums. Even though his performing career spans several decades, Colin still considers himself a student of his instrument. Colin is a rocker at heart, but his love for music extends to blues, pop, funk, country, jazz-fusion, and even Celtic. His passion for drumming is obvious in both his groove and his nuanced playing style. Colin has dazzled many people across the country over the years behind his multiple kits but his pride of being a teacher to the youth wanting to learn his craft shows his heart for music and people.
Mike Stoll
Bass & Vocals
Look up the expression "strong, silent type", and you will see a picture of Mike. Look up "unfreakin'real, amazing bass player" and you will still see Mike! Mike is a homegrown Calgary boy that hails from a long line of renowned Canadian musicians. Mike has one foot in the down and dirty world of rock and his other in the melodically cascading realm of jazz and blues which you see in his diversity. Never shy to tell it like it is, Mike brings the entire group to a higher level with their playing and performance by being a guiding force of perfection in musicianship. Mike Stoll is the harmonic foundation of Liquid Rhythm.

When it comes to keyboard players in Calgary, Art is known for his unmatched dedication, tireless work ethic and otherworldly talent! Art ensures that every note he plays is authentic and true to the original but also adds his unmistakable creative flair.
A regular in the Calgary music scene, Art possesses a passion for music that runs deep. Over the years, Art has honed a unique playing style that blends the classic rock sounds of Jon Lord with modern pop synth sounds, creating a sound that is both familiar and fresh.
In addition to his work as a performer and occasional music teacher, Art is also dedicated to giving back to the community. He frequently volunteers his time and talents to local charities and events, using his skills to bring joy and happiness to every audience.

Doug Tarrant
Lead/Rhythm Guitar
Once upon a time; long, long ago, (the 70's!), Doug picked up a friend’s electric guitar and fell in love and he hasn’t put it down since! (He should probably give it back one day.) Doug’s musical journey has had many creative and exploratory chapters along the way; prog rock, hard rock, reggae, acoustic guitar duos. All of which lead to playing in many great bands - Haze in Ottawa, Paradise Garage in Winnipeg, The Lampshade Band in Vancouver, Why Martin, in Calgary. In keeping with Doug’s love of a variety of styles and genres, he landed on the doorstep of Liquid Rhythm where he has integrated his smooth tones and fabulous performance seamlessly. An accomplished guitarist, bassist, mandolin player, and vocalist, Doug loves the interaction, camaraderie and professionalism that is the Liquid Rhythm experience. Doug is our hardest working member and makes songs come alive. He loves to perform, laughs at Cash’s jokes (we pay him for that but don't tell Cash) and is the perfect complement to sharing the stage with the rest of Liquid Rhythm.
Catherine Stagg
Stage Manager
Cathie is a mainstay and an integral part of Liquid Rhythm. As our stage professional, she assists with set up and tear down as well as keeping a close tab on all things stage related during performances. Always at the ready to provide fresh batteries and beverages as well as fielding mid-song queries and watching for anything needed in any capacity, she is the hands and feet of Liquid Rhythm.
